Leadership Fort Worth is proud to connect local non-profits with potential board members through our Board Shadow Program. Participation is open to all interested non-profits, depending upon the number of Leading Edge participants who choose to participate in this optional program.
We use a process called “Speedboarding” to provide both organization representatives and Leading Edge participants with a chance to get to know each other. At the conclusion of the Speedboarding session, both parties turn in a list of priorities, which Leadership Fort Worth staff uses to create individual matches.
